We are Mark and Claire, I've been keeping koi for about 10 years in what was a small pond 1300gals but last year took the plunge and brought a house with Claire with the agreement that my fish moved with me . After several months with what turned out to be, not the best contractor. I went with the contractor because I work away alot and thought that he would be quicker, how wrong was I!!!! we now have a 5500gal pond with a window, several very happy koi and a Claire that has now got the bug.
Regard Mark & Claire

As Dave says, we love pics....so start posting some if you can. 5500 gals sounds a great size, so well done; even if you did have probs with your contractor.
The 'koi bug' is mighty strong pull, so embrace it and enjoy
Thanks for the welcome, I've had the fish bug for most of my life because my parents have always had a pond but only really got into koi when i brought my 1st house 11 years ago and now i've passed it on to Claire I will post some pics when i've worked out how down size them!
