Hover your mouse over the message icon in the bottom RH corner of the posted message and LEFT CLICK.
You have 2 options,Post Quick Reply/Go Advanced,LEFT CLICK Go Advanced.
Scroll down to Additional Options, then Manage Attachments,where it says Upload File from your Computer, LEFT CLICK the Browse box.This will take you to your downloaded picture files.
Find the image you want to upload and RIGHT CLICK >Edit<you will now be in Paint.
In the image box LEFT CLICK resize,LEFT CLICK>Pixels<delete whatever is in the Horizontal box and type in 600 the Vertical will calculate automatically.
Save the image.LEFT CLICK Browse Find your image Double LEFT CLICK and your image should be Uploaded.
LEFT CLICK on Preview Post you can edit if you want to resize image but the limit is 244.1 KB. just play around in resize to find the optimum.
When ready LEFT CLICK Submit reply.
Another (free) option is "Image shack" which I use, I've a library of a few hundred photos on there. You can upload multiple photos and once in your library, you can choose a link for many sizes from "avatar" through "for message boards" and even larger, any time you want to select a photo for a particular application.
