when you hit a real koi pond you will find they all use filter then sep uv i have 3000 + gallons of water finding a way to make that travel every hour for top water qlty i have gone nexus 300 seq 15000 [i think] 55 watt tmc uv back to pond they are alot better at handling the stocking levels of a all koi pond

You would put the UV after the filter provided it was gravity fed.If it is pump fed, it will have to go before the filter.
