I'm often amused by choices of board names. (I've just noticed one on a jukebox owners message board site, "Kerbfeeler" so it prompted me to post this).
Among my many hobbies I'm a fan of "film noir" and I've had the same board name for about fifteen years now on various boards.
Here's from where it comes, I first saw this film on TV in my teens and it's my favourite of that genre, I've watched it countless times. I've got it on VHS and DVD, I've also got a "colourised" version, don't really like that process.

For some reason beyond me my hubby calls me Maaaaarlene, we're not from Peckham and I don't have big hair  so I haven't a clue why, he's not a used car salesman and he only smoke a cigar on new years eve but now he's Boycie! | |

Did you see the clip? I'm sure your other half would have appreciated Martha Vickers in her shorts. It's said in movie circles that her best scenes were left on the cutting room floor as she could "act the pants off" Lauren Bacall.
In the early days of Napster over ten years ago. I had an on-line conversation with a young lady who called herself "Fay Sake." Which I thought inventive.
