Someone told me about these two reg a few years ago and actually took a similar photograph of it as he passed by this situation in the West-End.
I thought he said it was 2B, but this photo has 2BE. He told me they were in the theatre business, not actors, so unless they've changed hands since. 2BE or NOT2B Number Plates Car Reg Numbers NOT 2B on BENTLEY ARNAGE T

I see the cars when I work they are parked in Chelsea on the embankment the driver is Big I mean Big guy who drives him around will take a picture next time I go to work in london as I am a Cabbie.
