If you can get a scab on the abrasions without any bacterial setting in then a little time and good water will sort things naturally.

Thanks mate, it prob jump when it was feeding as they come very close to the sides at times. was near on dead but for my never give up saying, i picked it up put into a jap basket with loads of air and held it for a good hour untill it was breathing and upright. and now its getting better already.
