Reputation Level: | Sick Koi Help.. I've woke up to see some sick fish I think I've overfeed them when the water has been too cold. A number of them look very lethargic.ie laying on their side for a while and not swimming around as normal. Any ideas please |

Reputation Level: | Hi Test your water and do a scrape to check for parasites over feeding should not have causes these symptoms unless you massively over fed and the food went bad on the pond floor. |

Reputation Level: | Sick Koi What makes me think its over feeding is.. Its only my big greedy eaters that are affected. The 3 small new ones that have not yet learnt how to come to the surface to get the food are unaffected. |

Reputation Level: | Sick Koi Thankfully they are a lot better today. Not 100% but better. I was wondering if it might be ammonia. Feeding but filters not yet kicked in after the winter. I've got a test kit on order from Mark. I think I've got over the worst to live another day Thanks for your concern. |
