Default rusty yellow patches appearing on koi

Hi we are pretty new to keeping Koi we have just upgraded our pond so we brought several small koi in august to stock the pond up a bit. One of the koi I could not identify at all so any suggestions would be greatfully recieved. He started off as pale blue with dark blue markings gradually over the last few weeks it has totally changed and develloped rusty yellow patches all over it. It is feeding and swimming totally normal. Its head has totally changed colour now as well so we decided to get it out to take a closer look. It has a jelly like white lump on its mouth and a few on the top of its head. I dont know if the colour change and the lumps are realated or is the latter carp pox. Could any one help thanks.
I have tested the water on a regular basis and everything is spot on.

I have got some more pics but dont know how to shrink them small enough
