Default Blanket weed on koi scales???!!!

This can't possibly be blanket weed on my koi's scale, can it?

Any ideas of what it really is and how to treat it, used Anti Ulcer, Malachite and formaldahyde and Acraflavine, none worked yet.

Can you help. If you need more photos or info, shout!
I hope that you can see the pix.

Oh, thanks in advance as well.

Well it is a type of weed growing off a wound i have had this befor on an ulcer what you need to do is remove the koi from the pond and give the wound a good clean and treat and seal it to stop any bacteria from getting in to it befor it heals

I caught the koi in question and carefully pulled the blanket weed off, it came away with a dead scale. So it was attached to the scale. I poured Akrflavin on the "wound" and put him / her back. See if it heals ok. Let you know in a few months.
I also added 1 jug of salt. I am told it is 1/4 ounce per gallon, so 1 jug is well under that, but I am sure will do a job...
