Default Erratic Koi behaviour

Hi
Can anyone shed any light on a problem with one of my Koi. It appears to have a problem with its swimming control. It can be seen swimming around with its head out of the water, when i feed you can see it attempts to come to the feed but instead swims round and round in a tight circle, somersaulting at the same time. It does get to the food eventually. one other thing is it does not appear to be able lay in a horizontal position in the water but tends to sink tail first. Does anyone have any clues or has seen this problem before.:

As BCFC say's you need to test your water post readings......

The only things i can think of without seeing the fish.
1. swim bladder problems
2. you have had a short in your electrics and its caused the koi to spasm one side of the fish causing it to swim round round and round.
or a thunder storm has cause the extra pressure on the koi's back causing the same problem.

Default Erratic koi

Thanks BCFC and Koimaster for your responses. I have not checked the water for sometime but will now do so. Physically the fish looks in good shape with no signs of desease. In terms of a spasm the fish spins round in either direction and somersaults.

Default erratic koi

It tends to sink. When it comes up for food it tends to sink tailfirst.
