We had a slight nitrite spike about three weeks ago. Now PH Nitrite and amoena all good. We use Tratra test kits.

2 y.o. 1500 gal pond System: Oase FiltoClear 15000 + 11 watt UV + Aquamax 12000. Oase airpump OxyTex CWS. Waterfall.

Chloramine t was recommended and today is the last day of a seven day treatment. Fluke M looks like the way to go it sound less toxic and better for the filter.

We bought 2 new kio beginning of July and it looks like the flukes came in with them. They had been quaranteened at the retailer Waterlife. Bath Road. Longford nr Heathrow. London.

hi,same as,got two new koi about the same time.i had a ammonia spike got it back to 0, then nitrite spike.the tetra kit is good,if i was y i would get a api test kit as well of ebay £20, high ammonia will kill ur koi in days.how high was ur nitrite? cart see how the flukes would kill that fast.were they jumping, flassing? i was overfeeding,as my filter is not mature yet.nps.
