Default Ammonia Query

Just finished doing my water tests and it appears my Ammonia level is going up The Nitrite and Nitrate levels are spot on at the moment I have cut back on feeding a bit and doing partial water changes.
What i don't understand is why they are rising could it be due to getting rid of the blanketweed and some nutrients aren't being removed and now my filter is playing catch up or could it be something else ??

Any suggestions gratefully recieved

Hi Koiman yup the water i put in is ok I have been caught like that before it would appear the problem may be coming from me getting the blanketweed sorted out and the dying B/weed is causing the prob so I will be cleaning one filter tomorrow let it catch up and then strip the other play a bit of cat and mouse as I don't want to over clean them so along with cleaning, water changing and Bio Start I should be back on track soon

just have to watch for the Nitrite going up as the Ammo comes down tho
