I found these in my filter

Hi All

I found these in my filter today while cleaning it, this sample was about the size of a pea and looked like a clear jelly and contains hundreds of these the first photo was taken at x40 and the second was taken at x100
What do you think they are? could they be ich cysts?

any ideas ?
