Max - Fox follows me everywhere, it knows the daily routine and is never too far away and sure keeps the herons away . Garden’s a challenge, gradually getting to grips with it, current “project” is hatching some banana seeds, if only they were as easy as Koi! There’s a banana forum where Guys post their problems and pics of their developing seedlings!
Steve -Yes had a play, learned a lot, with some enthusiasm and better facilities it could be done. RDF winter project 2010.
There's a roll of 316 60micron sitting in the garage getting more valuable by the day
Pump fed little drum would be an interesting and much easier project.

Dave ,
these drum filters seem to be taking off big time !!
i'm glad i bought a fare few meters of the stuff when i did , ive been a bit lazy with the stuff , i used a bit of it , to make my jelly fish , which is just a meter long 10in tube of the mesh , fixed on to a 4" pipe pushed onto the inlet from the bottom drains , cheap as chips , and works well .
i also used it to make my spawning netts , alot of sewing involved , but well worth it .
