thats one big chagoi and having seen a 99cm chagoi today down at japkoi company with a price tag of £12.500 i just know how big yours is. must be a stunning looking fish in your pond. mark

a bit of history of this koi,she was purchased from a fellow hobbyist and good mate of mine who due to house move has packed koi keeping up.
I got in touch with the dealer who imported her into the uk approx 5years ago as a 2year old
She was purchased from RYKUI NARITA of NARITA KOI FARM in NAGOYA
narita koi farm is not a breeder but more of a dealer,and purchases koi from many breeders in japan he is very good at condtioning koi for customers before most of the shows and i think is responsible for many AJS grand champions.The dealer in the uk seems to think she is from MARUDOH in
NIGATA so we estimate she is about 7-8year old
last year she was a mere 89cm,so lets hope if she has a good year in my pond just maybe she may one day reach the 1metre mark
