Default teething probs

hi every one, lost a lot of my babies.about 50 have died over the last few weeks.no signs of illness, water in top condition.they would have a fit then be dead day later.have moved them indoors now bout 80 left 2-4 inch now.no more losses touch wood.they are from last years spawning posted some pics.

i have got on top of it now i hope,they all seem fine dont know what the problem was it was weird ,never seen koi behave the way they did.

hi ya mate! i had exactly the same problem last year! had 1000 to begin with gave all the small ones 1" away kept all 2"-4" ones left me with 300! had them all until february lost 200! same as you water quality perfect. they went into a sort of daise, water from the filter would move them around, they were listless. i asked the breeder i got them from who is a friend and he had no clue what was wrong! hope all goe's well Mark
