The way we came by naming him Fudge was on the first evening of putting him in the main pond he decided he wanted to go back into the quarantine pond and jumped. Me and Deb's were sitting enjoying a warm evening and both shouted what the f*** was that but because the kids were there we used the phrase what the fudge was that and we decided that would be his name.

My Shiro Utsuri is just the same. If I try to catch him He manages to jump over the net. When I do catch Him. He just jumps straight out of the bowl, the second I put him in. I think He was a flying fish in a past life.

Fudge is a very independant fish. All the others come up to feed from my hand but he patrols in the background.
He likes to be left alone.
