Hi all I do love to purchase my koi small and watch them grow and develop. I think it gives you a better understanding of Koi development. I have just bought a pair of Utsuri`s one of them is a Hi Utsuri the oter is a Ki Utsuri. They are both from Otsuka and are only 3 inches long. They feed like crazy so I hope to get a few inches on them this summer

Oh well I have had these pair for just over 8 weeks now. They dont stop eating they are both about four and a half inchs now already.
The Sumi is starting to bolden aswell, as is the Hi and Ki.
I am very pleased with how they are coming along.

I will give these another month and then get the camera out again. I just cant believe the development of the Ki Utsuri. It is going to be a good Koi. The Hi utsuri is comeing along a treat aswell. But the Ki Utsuri fingers crossed Oh La La

Just an update on these two. They have grown on well throughout the winter and are now both well over 10 inchs. They seem to be keeping good body shapes.
