June 10th, 11th & 12th (Fri, Sat & Sun) is the very successful Crouch Valley Section Closed Show

This is held within the Huge Garden Show at Barleyland Farm in Essex. Barleylands Farm, Barleylands Road, Billericay, Essex. CM11 2 UD

Our 2011 show is sponsored "TC KOI, Hill House Koi, Avenue Fisheries, and Kusuri Products"

Carefully nurtured through the winter and early spring the koi in our ponds are ready to 'dazzle' their admirers throughout the new season.

Our main competition is the 'Closed Show' held once a year at Barleylands, in Billericay, as part of the South East Essex Garden Show, organised by Aztec.

At this closed show only club members are allowed to enter the competition.

The challenge and anticipation are high. Who will be be the proud owner of the New Grand Champion

So bring the family , koi garden buys and great fun, come along and enjoy !!

Can I take it from the number of judges present that the show has increased in size this year? I guess it has as there was only myself and Bill last year, great result on the increase and makes a mockery of all the 'hobby in decline' type comments we often see!

yes well guessed your right, our show has increased by 5 vats, and was all sold very quickly. Lets hope everything goes swimmingly and its as good a success as last year.

we only had 15 vats last year, but have increased to 20 this year which should roughly equate to approximately 130 to 150 show koi..... we hope

I am away this weekend so gutted as I got mature champ last year, so good to hear the clubs growing. I need to have a chat with someone special to see if they are going to take my koi there for me
