I used it and liked it and its had some good reports. I switched to Koyoshi because of some recommendations and learning more about the high quality of what goes into it and am very very happy with it. ! Both are I think great value. I will stick with koyoshi, but have nothing bad to say about takazumi. Both Takazumi and Koyoshi were I believe tested by hobbyists that may not be a million miles away from this forum heh.
If you go for the mix its convenient, but if you price it up I think you can save a bit by buying just a growth and a colour then mixing the pellets yourself in a 3rd container.
EDIT... Koyoshi has silkworm pupae in it, so you will get a slight slick on the surface when you feed which is I believe usual if you were feeding/treating silkworm pupae... can't remember if takuzumi gave a slick, probably and not something I ever worry about it soon disperses, and think most foods give it anyway... maybe its like gravy on your dinner for the koi
