Not sure what the voltage is to the feeder but the ultimate solution is to get yourself a plc, you can then not only run the feeder 5, 10 or 100 times a day at whatever intervals you like but turn off the skimmer at feeding times, turn on the lights, flush the RO (Dream on), switch off the top up when the pond is full and a whole host of other things.
And it will boil the kettle as well
