Targeted health facilities were PHCCs, highly accessed by Lebanese and Syrian populations, that offered diabetes and hypertension services. Overall, 14 PHCCs were approached, of which 11 agreed to participate in the study. At these facilities, targeted participants were Syrian or Lebanese individuals who were: (1) older than 40 years, and (2) diagnosed with diabetes or hypertension (based on personal self-reporting of a confirmed physician diagnosis).
