You will need to get the temps closer and why do you want to move them as at this time of the year as you will need to keep them stable before you raise the tank or lower the pond.
Its not the best time and what if they throw of some parasites in the main pool you will need to treat so up goes the temperature

First I have a new one coming from a 10c to 12c pond and want to put it in the tank. and looking at the show and grow I wish I put the shiro's in the tank.

Always a fine line between success and disaster as moving fish and temperature change can have a spin off but if the systems are clean and well looked after and it all done not in a rush and then carefully monitored once done it is achievable.
I just wanted to make sure you are fully aware just in case mate

Haven't you another tank you could fill with the colder water put in the fish, then trickle change it with water from the tank at a higher temperature?
In this way you'll balance out the water quality and the temperature at the same time.
