 strange
last week i gave my pond a full cleaning ready for winter, put the spare 10,000l pump in with a mesh sock just to collect all the particles, using a soft brush brushed all the crap over the 2 pumps and cleared 95% of the rubbish on the bottom, just been out to brush up what ever is left and found a few things
half eaten worms!! my pond is covers completely over the top back and both sides and half of the front so there not being dropped by passing birds, i also have 10'' of gravel and then 12'' flags all around the pond which are raised about 2'' higher than the surrounding ground so i doubt there wriggling in, any ideas
also found a half eaten fish! looks kinda koi like, blue and grey but it any of mine as ive counted em, dont see how thats got in there |
