Pond visit in Romford tomorrow

I feel awkard asking this, but is anyone available tomorrow morning (Saturday) for me to come and see their pond in the Romford/ Dagenham or surrounding areas?. I'm still digging and have many ideas running through my head that I need to clear up. I'll need to bring my little girl with me as the wife is away tomorrow. I also need to get to a kids party for about 1pm so can only do the morning.

Any offers would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a normal bloke in his late 30's and I listen more than I talk, so will not take up your entire morning talking about politics/ religion or football

Stuart, if you don't get any joy, you can phone me on Sat morning after 11.00 (I am setting up my sons football match before that). Ask me anything you like about building and filtration etc. I made a few mistakes on my build last year so I know how it feels.

If you are ever ooop North, (Stockport area), give a shout and you can have a look and see what goes on on my set up.

I'm not in your area, but I live in Chelmsford. I will be about all day, you're more than welcome to pop over, just PM me for my address.

I have a 6000 gallon pond and run Nexus filters, it has only been running for about a year, I don't know as much as some others, but am more than happy to show you my setup, and explain what mistakes I have made.

Hi Mate

Im in Romford, but Im afraid I cant help you with a pond to visit as I havent built mine yet and Im in the same boat as you. However I have been doing loads of research on pond building so if theres anything you want to know I might be able to help. Also I have worked in the build trade for 18 years and Im a Gas safe registered plumber so I know loads about the construction trade.

Just thought it might be a good to bounce ideas off each other so to speak.

Also its a good idea to join a koi club if you already havent done so. A good one is crouch valley who meet on the 3rd wednesday of every month.

I have just seen your post I live near Grays you are welcome to come to my house and see my ponds I am free most days as I am retired apart from this Sunday 9th let me know if you want to come round to me and I will PM you my address details

Unfortunately I've had a bit of a nightmare with Virgin media and had no internet or TV since I posted this (sneaking this post in at work).

Hopefully will be able to get in touch with a few of you guys soon.
