Hi Jerry...for what it's worth, I have one of the hozelock ones and never had any problems with it all, until I get my bottom drain fitted on my new build next year, I wouldn't be without it!

Hi Jerry,

I have the Pondovac Start and I've had no problems with it. Useful accessories and solidly built. However, my one gripe is that it is "stop, start" machine, in the sense that once the vac is filled it then cuts out out (for about 30 seconds) and you have to wait for it to empty the water, before it starts again. The Pondovac 4 has a continuous action but cost quite abit more.
