Default Yamato Nishiki Koi Food

Hi All

I have just ordered 10kg of yamato Nishiki koi food, can any one tell me if they use it and how good it is.

mark ive been using it for a while now. sometimes on its own sometimes mixed. but i dod like the stuff and im pleased with the amount of wastes produced.

thanks mate, what do you mix it with.


PEACHES & CREAM...............................

We use it aswell in the shop & find it a very good food with low waste, but dont tend to mix it with anything else.

Yes its OK i have been using the foods from this manufacturer for a few years now and i have found them all to be good

Thanks for that, it turned up today and fish went mad for it. but think i made a mistake as brought the med pellet size which is to small i think so maybe buy the large size next time round.

why is that a mistake, if i could id feed my koi the small pellets all the time with all my feeds. bigger the pellet, normally means more Air content in it too

thanks pondy, i never knew that. so feeding medium size pellets is ok to big fish.

I try to get small pellets when I can, it makes them work a bit.
