Default Koi lying on bottom of pond

Hi
One of my koi is laying on the bottom of the pond on its side but when I go to feed them its up with the rest feeding.
I have netted it and there are no signs of anything bad like ulcers or anything.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be wrong with it
The koi is a sanke of approx 14 inches
Thanks
Paul

sounds to me like it may have a swim bladder problem.
ive seen lots of koi/fish with this sort of issue where something in the swim bladder stops them from floating properly anymore. some last for years

Hi Paul, as with all things to do with sick koi, you need to find the cause. Probably a parasite but the only way to be sure is to do a scrape. Do yo have a microscope?
