I know when we suspect parasites we normally scrape and then treat accordingly to the parasite, but my general question would be is there a temperature that the koi could sustain but parasites couldnt.
Was just a thought instead off hitting with chemicals all the time

Most critters multiply more rapidly at higher temps so by raising the heat you are componding the problem
If a fish has a serious problem with parasites the gills will not be functioning at their best so raising the temps with lower O2 concentrations in the water may tip them over the edge.
I think the problem would be that if the fish already have the parasite then it’s already got hold or about to and messing around raising the temperature will probably do more harm than good.
In a mature pond the treatments we use for most parasites should not damage your filters too much and they will be back up to speed in no time.
