Default g4 sealant

hi everybody
can anyone help me? or have anyone have use g4 sealant for ponds ?.
i'm in the process of building a 10 ft x 10ft x 5ft pond using concerete block on flat to give me 9" wall will a 9" concerete base with rendered inside walls i was going to use g4 sealant paint . thanks if you can help me and how much g4 paint would i need to buy for the size of pond

Hello mate personally I would stay away from G4 I have used it twice both times it has let Me down. After about a year it just starts pealing off in big flakes, and is loads of hasle to put right. Fibre-glass is a much better option but obviuosly more expensive. A friend of mine used Koi Kote on His rendered pond and is still looking as good as new 5 years on. Try this link www.koi-kote.com
Its just not worth the hasle of draining Your pond when the G4 fails.

hi can agree with the above g4 my pond and lasted 12months then started peeling away now gone for fibreglass a bit more expensive but found someone who could do the job right well worth it in the end
