Default oxygen?

Hi All

Can anybody give me some advice on oxygen for transporting koi, I have bought some koi but need to transport them quite a long way so I want to put oxygen in the bags, Is it just pure oxygen that is used or is it a mixture of any other gasses with it also does anybody know where I can get some large bags from?

Thanks

John
