Hi Daz, heres mine i338.photobucket.com/albums/n406/ady-b/koi011.jpg
Its made with planters from wilkos and several lengths of 2"x2" timber and fed by a 7,500 lph pump.
In the top tier is jap matting followed by lava rock then crushed oyster shell then finally flocor media. Works a treat and cheap as chips

Great new on getting it all built but really sorry to hear about your fit hope you can get back by the pond soon. By the way what media are you using in it? and is it 3500 liters or gallons you have going over it?

thanks mate litres i think its an old pump my dad had and is working quit well with the filter on it at the moment but a little to fast,if this doesnt work i have to 4500gallon pumps that i can split to join with this one. one way or another i will get this to work. media i havent sorted out yet but will when i can get back to the pond, something like mating, gravel and flock or something ells i dont now
