Hi Daz, heres mine i338.photobucket.com/albums/n406/ady-b/koi011.jpg
Its made with planters from wilkos and several lengths of 2"x2" timber and fed by a 7,500 lph pump.
In the top tier is jap matting followed by lava rock then crushed oyster shell then finally flocor media. Works a treat and cheap as chips

Hi daz i see Koimaster has added the like to my diy bakki shower i built back in febuary and since its been running iv had no problems with the water quality and last week i was off for the week and i was able to give 20 feeds a day with no real problems. It will be the best thing you ever do so good luck

Great new on getting it all built but really sorry to hear about your fit hope you can get back by the pond soon. By the way what media are you using in it? and is it 3500 liters or gallons you have going over it?
