Reputation Level: | Thanks John,
I've pm'd Steve with a drawing of the existing pond and he's kindly offered to work out what I need.
I plan to have an inner block wall, an outer granite wall and fill the space between the walls with concrete. The inside will then be rendered to the same level as the existing render, then the complete interior fibre glassed.
Probably overkill but it'll look nicer and there wont be any risk of leaks where the new wall joins the old surface.
Just need to ensure matron has all the equipment she needs to complete the task

There is nothing to stop you having K1 in bags, I have 100 LITRES in bags on top of bags of Lithaqua in a chamber after a vortex, before the pump and then bead filter.
The secret is not to fill them too full then get 6 airstones in there to agitate it
I keep the bags away from the sides and outlet with a few Black Knight Brushes stood on end, trapped between the bags and the sides of the chamber, works fine.
Then, now and again, biologically clean with Kusuri Super C, or if feeling rich Environex.
