I have to say ive been in the building game albeit as a carpenter for 22 years and have to say that is very very good quality and looks very impressive. regarding your decking why not get lenghts of timber and router the grooves yourself then treat with the sealer that way you know theres no chance of anything leeching out Any chance you popping down to Essex for a weekend to help lay some bricks
