*sniffs* yeah been thinking the same. hes swimmign head down or pleating aroudn straight into things, hes definately blind from what i can figure and i think he keeps trying to rub it off by his behaviours. the female is showign what i can only assume to be the early stages of it too on her mouth, so i have applied MG to both of them on it. am going to salt the pond tomorrow.
even if i could rid it from antibiotic injections, figuring he is blind anyway, is the vote to be crule to be kind and to put him out of his misery?
I cant begin to express hwo saddenign it is to see him liek it and to think perhaps i could have done more had i noticed it sooner.
Any idea what it actually is? Mouth rot? jsut a general bacterial infection?
