thanks for the comments, although the fish has a blue and red tinge to it,it is not a beni komonryu,kikokuryu or a doitsu sanke and yes if it was a beni komonru you wouldnt want to buy it to show,but it is a truely good fish and i am thinking of showing it in this years essex section koi show and hopefully the bkks judges will finally be able to tell me defo what it is, i hope that pondy looks at this post again and shares his views even more because he has seen this fish both in and out of the water.
